Welcome back to Bar Pho, where we're excited to share our all-time best sellers that have captured the hearts and palates of our loyal customers. From crispy snacks to comforting noodle soups and refreshing drinks, our menu is brimming with flavours that celebrate the essence of Vietnamese cuisine. Inspired by her Vietnamese heritage, Tina Do, our founder, perfectly marries her Aussie favourites as well as the home-cooked meals she grew up with. No wonder we have so many best-sellers! 


From Snacks (Entree) Menu:



Fried Spring Rolls (3 per serve) - $15

  • Choose from:

  • Veggie Fried Spring Rolls (VEG)

  • Chicken & Prawn Fried Spring Rolls (GF)

  • Served with sweet chilli sauce

  • Add $4 for traditional serving with lettuce wraps, herbs, and nuoc mam dressing


Fun Fact: Did you know that spring rolls, known as "cha gio" in Vietnamese, are believed to have originated in China but were brought to Vietnam by Chinese immigrants? Over time, Vietnamese cuisine adapted them with local ingredients and flavours, making them a beloved staple.




Pho Wings (GF) - $16

Four pieces of deep-fried chicken wings with sweet hoisin glaze and pho salt


Fun Fact: While pho is traditionally enjoyed as a soup, our Pho Wings offer a playful twist on this classic dish, combining the flavours of pho with crispy chicken wings—a perfect marriage of East and West.




Salt & Pepper Tofu (GF/VGN) - $17

Fried tofu tossed with crispy onion and garlic, chilli, and coriander


Fun Fact: Tofu has been a dietary staple in Vietnam for centuries, dating back to the 10th century. It's valued for its versatility and ability to absorb flavours, making it a popular ingredient in Vietnamese cuisine.

Bone Broth Noodle Soups

Fragrant, fresh, and full of aromatic spices and nutrients from simmering slowly for 18 hours

Fun Fact: Pho, Vietnam's national dish, has a rich history dating back to the early 20th century. It originated in northern Vietnam and has since become a beloved comfort food enjoyed throughout the country and around the world.




Banh Mi (Lunch Only) - $16

Served in a light, crispy baguette with lettuce, pickled carrot, cucumber, chicken liver pate, and mayo

Fun Fact: Banh Mi, a fusion of Vietnamese and French culinary influences, reflects Vietnam's colonial history. Introduced by the French during the colonial period, the baguette has been adapted by Vietnamese chefs with local ingredients to create the iconic Banh Mi sandwich.
